PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

CSDFEA prepares members for advancement and leadership positions within the County by:

1. Providing at least one professional development or networking activity per quarter.
2. Showcasing the achievement(s) of members throughout the year.
3. Developing and strengthening the leadership skills of the CSDFEA Officers and Board of Directors in preparation for leadership roles in the County.
