Read To Lead
The purpose of the CSDFEA Leadership Book Club (Read To Lead) is to:
1) Encourage continuous learning through reading; 2) Create an open and safe forum to discuss the topic of leadership; and 3) Support development/enhancement of participants' leadership skills. This is an informal discussion of leadership and other related topics on a bi-monthly basis. Participants are encouraged to share their experiences, challenges, insights and/or knowledge related to the themes identified. Note: Although the reading list below is provided to better prepare participants for future topics, the book selections, discussion dates, and locations are subject to change.
